JD Lambright has been our County Attorney since Jan 2013 as the chief legal counsel for the county. The County Attorney office serves county ordinances, public information requests, protective orders, and worthless checks. The office represents the county in all civil matters, legal services for all county employees, protects children involved in CPS, prosecutes felony cases for children 10 and older, and assists family members of mental health patients.
