Operation Pets Alive and Pure Mutt Animal Sanctuary

Did you know that there are groups working hard with our animal shelters to foster, medicate, and get dogs/cats adopted? Pure Mutts Animal Sanctuary (non profit)-lead by Priyanka Johri, rescues blind, deaf, elderly, and dying dogs from the roads, the Montgomery County Animal Shelter, and various phone calls from the community. Cathi Bruhn of Operation Pets Alive was also on the show. OPA is also a non-profit that fosters the animals from MCAS and the Conroe Animal Shelter providing vaccines, flea treatment, and fostering until the animals can be adopted. They also transport to other regions or out of state. Get involved in their efforts by volunteering, sponsoring, or donating items to assist their mission.
