Dione Booker, Shannon Walton, and Christa Haywood representatives from Gold’s Gym shared information about FitFest Saturday, Sept 24 from 9am-noon at the Greater Houston and Montgomery County Gold’s Gym locations. A Free event for both the public and members, there will be lots of high energy activities for both adults and children with #Prizes! There will also be a 90 minute cycling event at each location with a $15 donation to benefit the American Diabetes Association.
Courtney Weidner of Falacos Food Truck will partner at the Conroe location offering healthy food choices. Falacos is the only vegan/gluten free food truck in the Greater Houston/Montgomery County area. Eat right, exercise, and live a happier, healthier life!
