Ines Mathis is the momma that started it all. Listen as she discusses the humble beginnings in a Pit Stop convenience store that then grew into Pie In the Sky, run by daughter Marlene Stubler. Marlene gets to throw in her two cents as well.

Loretta, sister and daughter, also has a business, The Posh Affair, an upscale and tremendously special catering company that is known for it’s fresh food…… never frozen!

Inez runs Aqua Growers of Texas, a texas native plants wholesaler. They specialize in perennials, and edible plants as well as drought resistant plants.
