Judy Pal will join us on our show on August 8th to discuss the importance of the role of a public information officer in law enforcement. We will discuss the changes and impact that social media has had on relations between law enforcement and the public. Judy is an expert at preparing agencies for a crisis before it happens and will explain some strategies. Judy has worked assisted agencies internationally and coast to coast in the United States. After working for agencies such as the Baltimore Police Department and New York Police Department she now travels around the country teaching law enforcement professionals through her consulting company 10-8 In-Service.
