This week we will be talking with Constable Chris Jones from Montgomery County Pct.5 Constable. Constable Jones recently took over the department after a long time Constable David Hill retired after many years of service. We will be discussing Constable Jones’s experiences in taking over the department and his experience when he worked on Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. One unique part of Montgomery County Pct 5 is the contract they hold with Magnolia ISD to provide police coverage in the schools as school resource officers. We will be discussing challenges in policing in the schools.
