Venetta Morger, Show Chair of the Woodlands Area Quilt Guild 2018 Quilt Show, and Shannon Wilson, Development Director of CASA shared information about the upcoming event June 22 & 23 at the Lone Star Convention Center. Over 300 quilts will be on display with shopping at the Boutique Store and Vendor booths. CASA is the designated nonprofit for the show.

Terry Weaver is the Founder/Executive Director of the VEL Institute-(Veterans, Entrepreneur, Leadership) whose mission is to help connect and develop these individuals through collaborative learning with like-minded people, develop leadership and entrepreneurship skills and collaborate to learn from one another.
This is done at community events with key note speakers in leadership, an integrated leadership program, and a business essential class run by entrepreneurs. Next Key Note Speaker event-Evolution of a Leader will be 8/9/18.
