Julie Martineau is the Executive Director of the Montgomery County Community Foundation. They offer opportunities for donors to set up lifetime giving to benefit the community for generations as well as a program that distribute funds to eligible nonprofit organizations through an annual grant program. Scholarship funds are also set up to enable local seniors to continue their education
