Drug Court was established in Montgomery County to allow a non traditional approach to break the cycle of substance abuse.Eligible participants are drug dependent adults needing assistance that have not been charged with a felony. Participants may not be sex offenders, on currently on parole, or violent.
The Drug Court for Montgomery County Court Assisted Rehabilitation Experience (C.A.R.E.) Program works as a catalyst for positive change for program participants, staff, and the community. Through commitment and strong ethics, using innovative practices, the program encourages participants to realize and reach their full potential.
