The Agriculture Tool Box program on January 8 featured the importance of honey bees to agriculture and the importance of beekeepers in reestablishing the bee population across the country. Mr. and Mrs. Elam were present to discuss this very current topic. We also featured the educational efforts of the Montgomery County Bee Keepers Association and their willingness to help persons interested in getting involved with beekeeping.
